What's Included in Our Reconditioning Process

Every machine that enters our reconditioning program goes through a structured, multi-stage inspection and restoration process:

Structural Inspection & Welding Repair — We assess the chassis, platform, and scissor arms for cracks, deformation, or fatigue, and carry out precision welding and reinforcement where needed.
Hydraulic System Overhaul — Cylinders, hoses, pumps, and fluid reservoirs are inspected, cleaned, and replaced as necessary to restore full lifting capacity and leak-free operation.
Electrical & Control System Upgrade — Wiring, control boards, sensors, and safety systems are tested and updated to current standards — including compatibility with modern charger systems where applicable.
Corrosion Treatment & Repainting — Surface preparation, anti-corrosion coating, and a full repaint restore both the machine’s appearance and its long-term resistance to harsh environments.
Functional Testing & Performance Certification — Every reconditioned unit undergoes a complete load test and operational check before handover, ensuring it meets safety and performance requirements.
